Up-gradation of GP of IPs...Update.

It is learnt that up-gradation of Grade Pay of Inspector Posts from Rs. 4200/- to Rs. 4600/- file is returned by Ministry of Finance to DOP with query. The representative of Department of Posts is likely to meet the concerned officer of MOF in this week for detailed discussion in the matter.  

DPC for promotion of IP to ASP

The result of DPC for promotion of IP to ASP will be declared soon by Circle Office. Near about 25 IPs have been selected for ASP. 

ACR/APAR required for issue of PS Gr. B orders on adhoc basis.

Following ASPs willingness / unwillingess have been called for by CO for issue of   promotion in PS Gr. B Cadre on adhoc basis.

It is learnt that, Postal Directorate has cleared the up-gradation of Grade Pay of Inspector (Posts) file and submitted to Ministry of Finance with positive note.

DEPARTMENTAL EXAM IN IPO

ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA:-

1.     He/She should be a permanent employee of the Department.

2.     The candidate should complete Minimum Five years in PA/SA cadre.

3.     The Maximum Age limit for General Category is 40 years, for SC/ST 45 years.

4.     The candidate should know to ride a bicycle.

5.     The candidate should have satisfactory record of service.

6.     The candidates can Avail Maximum Four chances for General Category & six Chances for SC/ST.

7.     The candidate should secure Minimum 45% Marks aggregate from all Papers& 40% Marks in any one paper.

IRM/ASRM association merged into IP/ASP Association

Circle Working Committee Meeting held on 26/02/2012 at Mumbai with a grand success.  Shri Ramamurti C/S of IRM/ASRM Association, Maharashtra Circle Branch along with his team attended CWC meeting and requested for merger of All India Association of IRM / ASRM, Maharashtra Circle Branch in to All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents, Posts Maharashtra Branch. CWC has granted the permission for merger.
